It is imperative that all children arrive between 8am and 8.10am. All parents must escort their child to the Art Block, where a member of Breakfast Club staff will sign them in. Parents should not go into the Art Block. Children will sanitise their hands on arrival and staff will direct them to the appropriate place.
Once in the Art Block, children will remain in their usual school bubble – Reception, Years 1 and 2, Years 3 and 4 and Years 5 and 6. Children will be directed to their specific table to eat their breakfast and will have a specific area for activities once they have eaten. Sadly, siblings, unless in the same bubble, will not be able to be with each other whilst at Breakfast Club. At 8.50am children will be escorted to their respective classrooms.
It is absolutely vital that all children adhere to the Breakfast Club rules to ensure the safety of all and so that Breakfast Club can continue to operate.
Booking for Breakfast Club must be made online (using ScoPay). The cost is £1.50 per day and the place cannot be held without payment. If you require assistance with online payments please contact the School Office.
If you have to cancel your child’s place due to unforeseen circumstances (for example illness) please notify the school office as soon as you can to allow us to offer the place to a child on our waiting list. If we are not informed of cancellation you will, unfortunately, still be charged.
It is an expectation that behaviour at Breakfast Club is as it should be for the rest of the school day. If a child’s behaviour is unacceptable, parents will be informed and if it continues to be poor then he/she may be asked to refrain from attending Breakfast Club.
